Our Philosophy
Supporting Performance
Through Movement.
Our dryland and strength program is built around long-term athlete development and designed to support the demands of swimming at every stage of growth. Through intentional movement training, mobility, coordination, and progressive strength development, athletes build confidence, body awareness, resilience, and athleticism that supports both performance and lifelong health.
Strength is not an add-on; it’s a core philosophy in our training.
Coaching & Leadership
Integrated Coaching Support
YBAC Hurricanes coaches and strength staff work together to support athlete development through intentional training, positive relationships, and a shared commitment to long-term growth. Our integrated approach helps athletes build confidence, resilience, movement quality, and leadership throughout their journey in the sport.
